Q: What is your minimum and turnaround time?
A: Our minimum is 1 pcs for Sublimation Tie. Please note that as quantity increases, price per-Mug decreases. Lower quantities can be a lot more expensive overtime. We suggest at least 10 pcs per design for a reasonable price.
Turnaround time is about 2-3 business days for samples and 3-4 business days for production. For higher quantity, production may take longer. For expedite fee taka 500, we can typically produce in 1-2business days.
